The international trade fair for metal cutting, deformation and additive machine tools, robots, digital manufacturing and automation, enabling technologies and subcontracting.

Exhibits include machine tools, presses, machines for wire and tube processing, 3D printing technologies, EDM machines, forging machines, and different types of general machinery. Added to this are tools, mechanical components, moulds, components for moulds, hydraulic and pneumatic components, controls and drives, materials, measuring instruments and machines, design, industrial subcontracting and processing for third parties.

Visitors come from a specialist environments and are strongly involved in procurement processes. Visitors from industrial machinery and various mechanics, IoT, electronics, automotive, aerospace and energy are particularly well represented, along with food, design, furniture, watchmaking, jewellery and biotech, which are now seeing great expansion.

The 2020 event was the first to be organized under the conditions of a health emergency, but nonetheless achieved over 9,000 registered visits. 3.5% of the visitors were from abroad and in particular from Germany, Switzerland, France and Austria. There were350 exhibitors divided into two halls, were 350 of which 30% came from abroad. The organisers have declared their overall satisfaction with the event and have already scheduled the next edition, which will be held on 12-15 October 2022 in Fieramilano Rho again.
